Our team has extensive experience in the areas of Investor Relations and Financial Communications, Investment Banking, Corporate Restructuring, Turnaround Strategies, Market Development and Public Markets Navigation. We work closely with the senior management of client companies to understand their vision, communicate their message and achieve their goals.

Team Members

Andrew Haag, Founder and Managing Partner
Mr. Haag has roughly 20 years of finance experience, including over 10 years in the investment banking and brokerage industry and over 5 years as an officer and director of a publicly traded company.

Mr. Haag has provided IR and financial consulting services to public companies for over a decade. He has assisted companies go public through the traditional IPO process and reverse merger. Additionally, he has successfully helped client companies' uplist their shares from OTCBB to more senior exchanges. Clients and projects he has been a part of have secured $100's of million in capital. He has played key parts in the corporate structuring, financial development, and growth of companies from the seed financing stage through the many phases of private and public offerings.

Mr. Haag has served on the Community Advisory Board of the Promises Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses its efforts on helping families of at risk youth. He is an avid hiker and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. His core interests include outdoors, natural living and has a passion for new growth ideas.

Dilek Mir, Dir. of Corporate Communications
Ms. Mir has over 14 years of investor relations experience providing strategic consulting and investor communications to high-tech companies. She works closely with management teams to create clear, consistent, and accessible language around the most complex technologies. Helping clients articulate to investors the corporate valuation implications of breakthrough technologies supports healthy trading and valuation of clients’ equities.

She has served as Managing Director at New York and Los Angeles-based boutique IR firms. In addition, she has successfully completed technology transfer and licensing deals with private companies and a public university. She is experienced in patent applications and direct dealings with U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Ms. Mir. has written and submitted grants to U.S. government institutions and awarded a technology innovation grant from the National Institutes of Health. As an entrepreneur, she started and built a language training firm in Moscow which she sold to Nord Anglia, the largest firm in the industry. Ms. Mir has an MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts; and a BS from University of Massachusetts, Boston

Robert Haag, Managing Director, Asia
Mr. Haag has been active in the brokerage and investment banking industry for almost 20 years. He has setup branch offices for several NASD member firms.

Based in Asia for more than 2 years, he has held senior positions with a Vietnamese investment fund and securities firm. He was previously Director of Investments at KMVI, a $500 million plus holding company with interests in private equity, public market companies and real estate in a wide array of industries; a Managing Director at Crary, Onthank and O'Neil, a NASD member firm, responsible for investment banking activities such as deal origination, private placement creation and raising capital.

Mr. Haag was also a Managing Director of Auerbach, Pollak and Richardson a NASD member firm, where he founded the Beverly Hills office, responsible for investment banking, deal syndicates and capital raises; and, a Vice President at Laidlaw, a NASD member firm.

Teresa Kunz, Controller
Ms. Kunz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public company accounting and finance. Teresa handles the financial operations of IRTH Communications and also consults with our clients when appropriate.

Advisory Board

Mark Moline, Communications/Web Advisor
Mr. Moline has been an active Communications and Internet professional for the past 9 years. He has built and managed successful multi-media web portals focused on public companies, conceived and hosted small-cap public company conferences and advised over 30 public company clients on reverse merger transactions, public relations issues and corporate branding.

Mr. Moline is an entrepreneur who has been involved in several segments of the 'Green' economy over the span of his career. He has worked as a consultant in the environmental remediation industry, consulting with American Motors, 3M and others.

Mr. Moline has a degree in Public Health, with an emphasis on environmental health/Biology. He is highly passionate about renewable and 'Green' business.

Nick Hare, MSW and Environmental Design
Mr. Hare currently runs Casa Verde Consulting and is an accredited professional providing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System� certification in the Los Angeles area.

Mr. Hare served with the City of Los Angeles, California Municipal Solid Waste division from 1996 to 2004. He most recently served as Solid Waste Systems Superintendent, managing an annual budget of $14 million and over 60 employees.

Robert Steele, Research and Analysis
Mr. Steele is a serial entrepreneur, having founded, operated and funded several start-ups. His current focus is on research and analysis of start-up companies.

Patrick Morse, Director of Online Initiatives
Mr. Morse has over 7+ years of online and offline marketing experience with an emphasis on internet marketing strategy and execution. He has built online campaign strategies for clients such as Lexis-Nexus and also authored and created the first ever ' green ' consumer database which was used by the Gaiam Corporation.

Mr. Morse develops online visibility and relevance for IRTH Communications and its client base. He and his team will be responsible for managing all web-based efforts, focusing on consumer and commercial-based value initiatives.

Mr. Morse studied at Santa Barbara City College and the University of California Santa Barbara.
